Dr. Lake:

Dr. Lake graduated from medical school at Wright State University in Ohio in 1996. He completed his dermatology residency in 2000. He worked at Comprehensive Dermatology in Ohio before moving to Indiana to work for Arnett Clinic and then Sigma Medical Group prior to starting his own practice, Lake Dermatology, here in Lafayette. Dr Lake is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Lake works with his patients to help them resolve their skin issues and also stresses the importance of keeping their skin healthy and cancer free.

Medical Assistants and Nurses:

Our medical assistants and nurses are dedicated to the needs of our patients. They work hard to make sure that each and every patient gets the time and attention they need when they come into our office. The medical staff helps to make sure that each patient has all of their questions and concerns answered before leaving. Patients are our first concern and we want to make sure our patients feel that way each and every time they are in our office.

Front Office:

Our front office employees are the first contact most patients have with our office. Our staff is trained to schedule patients and they work hard to make sure that we can get you in to our office in a timely manner. Each patient is greeted when they come into our office and our staff works with them to make sure we have correct and current information in our system. At the end of each visit our staff also schedules patients who need to be seen in our office again. They work hard to make sure each patient is taken care of quickly, efficiently, and with respect.

Office Coordinator:

Our office coordinator works with the entire office to ensure high productivity and to resolve issues that arise on a day to day basis. Also it is her responsibility to file claims with the insurance companies and to help patients if an insurance problem may arise. If a patient has any questions about insurance or billing our office coordinator works with the patient to resolve any concerns.
