Mary Lake, RN

Hello, I'm Mary Lake, Registered Nurse . I was born and raised in northeastern Ohio, I moved to Lafayette in 2001 with my husband and our three girls. My degree is from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering Ohio. I spent the first 12 years of my nursing career working in emergency medicine. I have joined my husband , Mark at Lake Dermatology. I look forward to bringing my knowledge and experiences to this practice to serve the needs of this and the surrounding communities.

Kim Schumm, RN

Hello, I am Kim Schumm, . I am originally from central Illinois, lived in South Carolina for 10 years and I now live in Lafayette with my awesome husband and 3 children. My nursing education is from Methodist Medical Center of Illinois and I completed Hyperbaric Medicine training through Carolina Hyperbarics. I have spent my 18 years in the nursing profession in emergency medicine, intensive care and hyperbaric units. What I enjoy most about nursing is taking care of people and I look forward to doing just that here at Lake Dermatology.

Hello, I'm Ann Leazenby, Public Relations and Clinical Assistant. I am a Hoosier native, living in the Lafayette and surrounding community for the past 25 years I have a wonderful family, my husband and two children, a son and daughter. My degree is from Indiana Community College in Computer Information Systems. I have joined Lake Dermatology after several years in public relations and networking/outreach programs. I look forward to bringing my knowledge and experiences to Lake Dermatology.
